About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets by investigating and analyzing incidents, providing coaching and feedback to store teams, and ensuring loss awareness remains a top priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and feedback to store teams to improve loss prevention practices
  • Work closely with store teams to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention
