Job Summary

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of keeping our customers, associates, and assets safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and shrinkage to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate them on loss prevention best practices and ensure they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in preventing loss.
  • Develop and implement effective conflict resolution strategies to minimize loss and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide training and support to store associates on loss prevention procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven, engaging, resilient, and focused individual.
