Join us as a Care Establishment Lead and take the opportunity to shape the future of our residential care establishment. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care and customer service.

You will lead and manage a team of staff, promote a positive and supportive work environment, and ensure that we deliver outstanding care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective operational plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Maintaining and improving the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Managing budgets and resources to achieve financial targets.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification in social care or a related field.
  • Proven experience of leadership and management in a care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of care legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver exceptional care and customer service.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
