Responsibilities- Building Relationships: Establish meaningful friendships with residents to help them adjust to life in our care home.
- Personalised Care: Deliver high-quality personal and psychological support to all residents in a professional manner.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives to ensure seamless operation of the role and high levels of cooperation.
- Record Keeping: Complete records as required to a satisfactory standard, agreeing on type and quantity with the manager on a monthly basis.
- Confidentiality: Maintain client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
- Activity Planning: Plan and coordinate daytime and evening activities.
- Awareness: Maintain an awareness of Health and Safety requirements.
- Teamwork: Work individually and within the team to provide necessary backup for all staff, adhering to the aims and objectives of the Home and considering its residents' needs.
- Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour.
