Role Overview

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our Supported Living Services in Worcester. As a Team Leader, you will provide specialized person-centred support to our service users, ensuring their needs are met and outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Supported Living Services
  • Provide support to service users with physical and learning disabilities
  • Schedule and allocate work to support workers
  • Manage medication, community access, and finance

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (with willingness to work towards Level 3)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
