Senior Data Analyst

Award-winning digital consultancy Devonshire is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Expert to drive data-driven solutions and improve clients' return on investment (ROI).

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Insights Specialist to work across various types of data-focused projects. You will utilise your expertise in digital analytics to deliver comprehensive solutions and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Implementation: Develop and implement robust analytics solutions using GA4 and GTM.
  • Data Layer Specifications: Design and maintain efficient data layer specifications.
  • Tracking Implementations: Configure and validate complex tracking implementations.
  • Data Quality and Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate testing programmes.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
  • Experiment Insights: Analyse test results and provide strategic recommendations, document, and share experiment insights.
  • Complex Data Analysis: Lead complex data analysis projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Data Visualisation: Develop and maintain advanced Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Conduct customer journey and attribution analysis.
  • Actionable Insights: Generate actionable insights from multi-source data analysis.
  • Presentation Skills: Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in digital analytics (ideally including some agency-side roles).
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated mastery of Google Analytics 4 (implementation, configuration, analysis), Google Tag Manager (complex implementations, debugging), Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling), data layer specification and validation, and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Convert.com).
Location and Commute

The ideal candidate would be based in London, with a requirement to be in the office at least 2 days a month, ideally 1 day a week if easily commutable.
