We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in the Cardiff area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

About the Role

This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a variety of settings. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Providing direct patient care, including medication administration and wound management.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Experience working in a similar environment and a focus on patient-centered care are also essential.
