We are seeking a Child and Youth Development Worker to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

About the Position

This is a full-time position (up to 35 hours per week) that requires a strong understanding of child development and the ability to provide support to students with complex and challenging needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people in a classroom environment and be able to develop a programme of different interventions to support students with a range of complex and challenging needs.

The role involves providing advice, guidance, and support to students and staff in mainstream schools, visiting schools to gather information for new referrals, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality support to students.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a team and contribute to the development of strategies to support students successfully.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 per annum.
