Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Veterinary Referral Coordinator. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in their referral journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and paperwork with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary practice reception or similar environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
