Job Title: Residential Support Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £12.81 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract: 3 months with potential extension

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and approachable Residential Support Coordinator to join our organization in assisting individuals facing housing challenges as they move towards stable living arrangements. This position is crucial in providing the necessary support and direction to families and individuals during this significant transition.

Key Duties:
  • Contacting Individuals for Housing Opportunities: Reach out to individuals in need of housing to present available options.
  • Managing Referral Documentation: Ensure all required referral paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Interacting with Families: Effectively communicate with families to assess and document their housing requirements.
  • Maintaining Records: Ensure all data is recorded accurately and that systems are kept current.
  • Communicating with Internal Teams: Regularly liaise with internal teams through written communication.
  • Compiling Data for Reports: Gather and organize information for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Empathetic and Professional: Ability to manage challenging situations with care and professionalism.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • PVG Certification: A PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certification is mandatory for this position.
