About the Role

We are looking for a Tenancy Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and managing tenancies across North East England and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of professionals who provide tenancy and estate management services to customers.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Developing and implementing neighbourhood and improvement plans that address customer needs and improve community living.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in tenancy and estates management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and external partners.
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
