Head of Compliance EMEA Opportunity

Integral Search is proud to partner with a top-performing Credit fund to find a seasoned Head of Compliance for their EMEA business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a current compliance officer to take ownership of the compliance function within a world-leading firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the EMEA Compliance programme, adding value across various business lines, and progressing their career within a private fund.

Working closely with an exceptional global CCO, the role offers significant career development opportunities for the right individual.

The firm has a huge projected growth plan over the next few years, and this role will allow you to work with some of the most impressive individuals in the industry.

You will need extensive experience within a private markets fund covering Credit strategies, with particular interest in those with demonstrable experience with Direct Lending or CLO's.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a best-in-class compliance programme
  • Providing guidance and support to the business on compliance matters
  • Collaborating with the global CCO to ensure alignment with group-wide policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring the firm remains compliant
