About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our Compliance function in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our compliance program across all OKX entities in the EMEA region.
  • Manage a team of Compliance professionals to ensure that our operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to implement an effective compliance management program.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Lead Compliance reporting and regulatory engagement in the region.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in compliance in financial services, FinTech, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Knowledge of Compliance and regulatory risks for the crypto industry.
  • Extensive experience of overseeing an effective compliance management program in line with EU/UK standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant US and EU laws and requirements.
