Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

One Ten Associates is partnering with two separate Hedge Funds to hire an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to be based in their London HQs. The role holder will be responsible for the overall Compliance programme, holding the SMF16/17 functions, and overseeing US regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance programme to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with external counsel to manage legal documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
* Review and approve legal documents, including NDAs, side letters, and service provider agreements
* Manage the Hedge Fund's regulatory relationships and ensure compliance with UK and US regulations

Requirements:

* Current Chief Compliance Officer or Head of Compliance experience in the Hedge Fund industry
* Traditional asset management experience considered if previously working in a Hedge Fund
* Legal education or background advantageous
* Ability to manage external counsel and assist with basic legal tasks
