Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our global Compliance function. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business meets and maintains the highest standards in professional conduct and quality, adhering to our legal and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional with a background in the legal and/or professional services sector to lead our Compliance function. You will be responsible for compliance across both our law firm and professional services businesses globally, and play a pivotal role in devising and delivering our Compliance team's strategy to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our growing Compliance team to ensure continued compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement our Compliance strategy, working closely with our General Counsel and senior leadership team.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various workstreams within our Compliance programme.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Represent Compliance in various cross-functional fora.
  • Champion and drive compliance, risk management, and high standards across the business.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced compliance professional with a background in the legal and/or professional services sector. You will have:

Demonstrable experience in a compliance or in-house legal leadership role in an international law firm or professional services environment.Compliance subject matter expertise, including deep knowledge of key AML/CTF regimes and requirements, financial crime compliance, and other core legal and regulatory requirements.Extensive experience of people management, including leading large operational teams and devising and driving people initiatives.Proven track record of delivering transformational change, including complex projects that optimise technology and automation.What We Offer
