Business Development & NPD Projects Manager Role
Cranswick Country Foods PLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development & NPD Projects Manager to join our NPD Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from concept to launch, ensuring they meet both customer and company expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional results
- Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of food trends and market insights
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by staying informed of market trends and consumer preferences
- Lead strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with Cranswick's goals and delivering value to customers and the business
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular engagement
- Partner with various departments to ensure seamless product launches and successful market penetration
- Ensure new product initiatives are commercially viable and aligned with the company's goals
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Passionate foodie with a creative and innovative mindset
- Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
- Proven track record of managing a team and interacting with high-profile customers
