Business Development Director

United Living is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our business development and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth.
- Identify and evaluate the current target market and build the "Go To Market" strategy for Heatly's products, and services.
- Set and achieve long-term business development goals in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for growth and develop actionable insights.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation process, to product demonstrations and through to preparing commercial proposals and closing deals.
- Build a sales team to deliver the Heatly business plan.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in an enterprise sales environment as well as SME level.
- Experience in a sales leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
