About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Lead to join our dynamic team at Elvie. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring that our employees have the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our leaders and managers to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results and support our mission.
  • Lead on organizational design and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes that support our culture and values.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with our finance team to develop and manage our people budget.
Requirements
  • Strong generalist background and people operations experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in the UK.
  • Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Track record of engaging at all levels of leadership and building trust, support, and commitment.
