About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Company Shop Southampton. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the team to deliver outstanding performance, excellent store standards, and exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Section Leader in coordinating the team to achieve departmental goals
  • Ensure high standards are maintained and continually look for ways to improve
  • Promote a culture of good Health, Safety & Environmental practices
  • Review waste within the department and seek solutions to reduce wastage

Requirements

  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to plan and organize workloads
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
