Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stock Count Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock counting processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock counting requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on stock counting performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Proven experience in a stock counting or inventory management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
