Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage our stock taking operations. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 60 stock counters, ensuring the end-to-end stock taking service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of stock counters to deliver the stock taking service
- Ensure accurate and efficient stock counting and reconciliation
- Develop and implement processes to improve stock taking efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless stock taking operations
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
