Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for inventory management? We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage our stock taking operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 60 stock counters, ensuring the end-to-end stock taking service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of stock counters to deliver the stock taking service
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of stock takes
- Develop and implement processes to improve stock taking efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide training and support to team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and nights
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
