About the Role:
- Examine customer grievances and feedback concerning financial advisory services
- Identify underlying issues of customer dissatisfaction and strive for just resolutions

- Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all tasks

Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial services
- Experience managing complaints in a regulated setting
- Capability to make informed, evidence-based decisions
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Organized and detail-focused
- Basic IT proficiency
- Experience within a building society or financial institution
- Experience dealing with vulnerable clients
- Understanding of mortgage and savings products (preferred)
