About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial services
  • Experience managing complaints in a regulated setting
  • Capability to make informed, evidence-based decisions
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Organized and detail-focused
  • Basic IT proficiency
  • Experience within a building society or financial institution
  • Experience dealing with vulnerable clients
  • Understanding of mortgage and savings products (preferred)
