Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant at a specialist SEN school in Surrey. As a graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or Drama, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.

The Role:
  • Provide tailored 1-to-1 support for children with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Support students with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural challenges
  • Assist the specialist provision team in delivering structured and creative learning experiences
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
What We're Looking For:
  • Recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or Drama (BSc/BA/MSc/MA)
  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs and SEN
  • Ideal for candidates aiming to progress into Clinical or Educational Psychology
  • Interest or experience in working with children with behavioural challenges or autism
  • Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference
