We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Director of Enrollment Management to oversee and lead all aspects of St Benedict's School's administration process.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the school's enrollment strategy, managing the admissions team, ensuring the school attracts and enrolls qualified students, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
The Director of Enrollment Management will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that aligns with the school's mission and goals.
- Managing the admissions team to ensure efficient and effective processing of applications.
- Collaborating with the school's leadership team to ensure a cohesive and student-centered approach to enrollment.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to enrollment and admissions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective families and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
