International Enrolment Coordinator
Sommet Education is a leading hospitality management and pastry & culinary arts education group seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our International Enrolment Team as a Part-Time Enrolment Officer.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 60% of the time. As a key member of our team, you will provide support under the guidelines of the International Enrolment Manager, our field recruitment (Regional Admissions Directors and Educational Counsellors) for all Sommet Education's campuses in Europe.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support student recruitment, ensuring files of student candidates are completed and nurtured, and that Letters of Offers to students are issued in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the daily work of data entry of applications into the CRM with the assistance of the Education Counsellor, following up for missing documents, payments, etc., and ensuring all applications meet the requirements of our programs.
- Issue Letters of Offers and invoices for prepayment, following up on payments received, missing documents, and confirmation of student acceptance of the offer before moving the file to admissions.
- Conduct compatibility interviews for undergraduate students when required prior to issuing letters of offer.
- Coordinate and deliver conversion activities.
- Participate in administrative/event duties as required for the International Enrolment department, including managing general email boxes and answering the general phone line.
- Provide cover for other areas when required.
About You
We are looking for a degree-educated individual, ideally in Hospitality Education or with relevant work experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and experience in organizing events is desirable but not necessary.
