At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Partnerships Administrator to join our team. This role will be focused on the administration, customer service, and sales support of our international B2B sales activity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all student enrolments, removals, and replacements, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. They will also be required to work closely with our clients and colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and individually. They will also have a flexible and energetic approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, collaborative environment.

As a key member of our team, the International Partnerships Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our international B2B sales activity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all student enrolments, removals, and replacements
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Work closely with our clients and colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented
  • Support student renewals processes within the system
  • Manage and implement timetable changes and similar customer service enquiries through to successful conclusion
  • Manage student enrolment processes within ISAMs
  • Support account/partnership management activity and associated reporting
