Our client is a world-leading Consumer Product Giant with an enviable brand portfolio. They are looking for a talented individual to support and co-lead an exciting project focused on accelerating growth for one of their iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and implement social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives to significantly boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brand's ranges.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG.
- Experience supporting P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
