Advanced Social Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our team in Operational Services. As an Advanced Social Worker, you will play a key role in safeguarding children at risk and working with families to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex caseloads and provide supervision to social workers
- Lead by example and work with social workers to establish a restorative practice led culture
- Ensure compliance and practice standards are maintained to the highest level
- Participate in specialist project work across the service
- Qualified Social Worker with a current SWE registration
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience of working with children and families
- Experience of complex Child Protection cases and Court proceedings under the Children's Act 1989
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
