Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Coordinator to join our team at Crone Corkill. In this role, you will provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

About You

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong educational background in finance, business, communications, or a related field. Your excellent organizational and time-management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, prioritize meetings with clients and investors, and ensure timely responses to correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and legal documents, and develop effective filing systems.
  • Marketing Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine engaging marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, and press releases.
  • CRM & Investor Portal: Assist with data migration, ensure data accuracy, and monitor investor portal documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, clients, and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills

Prior experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce or Dynamics, is an asset. Additionally, strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
