Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Installing and maintaining our broadband and mobile services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid UK manual driving licence
  • The ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
