Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, install and maintain our broadband and mobile services, and collaborate with our technical team.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Installing and maintaining our broadband and mobile services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid UK manual driving licence
  • The ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
