Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering effective and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups.
  • Implement and monitor individualized learning plans.
  • Support students' emotional and social development.
  • Observe and track student progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents.
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly with SEN and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and high empathy.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to student support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students and adapt to various learning styles.
