Supporting Young Learners with Communication Needs
At Team Educate Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated Makaton-trained Learning Support Practitioner to join our team.
The Role:
- As a Makaton Trained Learning Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children with communication difficulties.
- Working alongside teachers and SEN coordinators, you will provide individualized support to help students overcome their challenges.
- You will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with communication difficulties in a classroom setting.
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students.
- Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
- Makaton training and certification.
- Experience working with students with communication difficulties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
