This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of the Big Sky Studios team as a Cleaning Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our studios in north London. Your duties will include mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors, dusting and sanitizing surfaces, cleaning windows, restocking bathrooms, and performing other janitorial tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleaning supplies and advising management when levels are low
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables
  • Conducting monthly deep cleaning and disinfection
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Cleaning floors, windows, and surfaces
  • Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies
  • Maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
  • Reporting to management and working collaboratively with the team
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trustworthy and professional in demeanor
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
