Global Head of Physical Security

Verifone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Physical Security to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our physical assets, personnel, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Access Control Management: Manage, administer, and monitor authentication systems, including key cards, biometric scanners, and PIN codes.
- Video Surveillance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance cameras (CCTV and IP cameras).
- Security Personnel Coordination: Work closely with stationary guards, mobile patrols, and response teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
- Local Access Control Integration: Manage localized authentication systems for high-security areas, including room-specific key cards, biometric scanners, and PIN codes.
- Incident Response and Reporting: Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.
- Security Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Technology and System Upgrades: Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPP, PSP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in physical security, access control, or a related field.
- Proficient in security systems management, including access control and video surveillance technologies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents.
