The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shift maintenance team, taking ownership of performance and quality, achieving and maximising the efficiency of the process and delivering a preventative maintenance strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, with a strong focus on performance and quality. They will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, and for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance strategy that will help to reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and who is committed to the success of our team.
