About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing and growing the department, handling a varied caseload of Wills and Probate, and Private Client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the Private Client department, including handling a varied caseload of Wills and Probate, and Private Client work.
  • Deal with complex tax and estate planning, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney, and Trusts.
  • Work with high net worth individuals, requiring a broad knowledge of Private Client law.
  • Meet fee earning targets and contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Full STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a Private Client department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
