Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The One Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis function, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions;
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements;
- Support the development of business cases for capital expenditures and other strategic initiatives;
- Provide analytical support for M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and principles;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel and Anaplan;
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Tableau and Power BI;
- Experience with M&A activity and integration planning;
- Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
