Senior FP&A Analyst

The One Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis function, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Support the development of business cases for capital expenditures and other strategic initiatives;
  • Provide analytical support for M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and principles;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel and Anaplan;
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Tableau and Power BI;
  • Experience with M&A activity and integration planning;
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
