About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team at the John Innes Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and molecular biology.

As a Research Assistant, you will work closely with a post-doctoral researcher and international collaborators to investigate circadian rhythms in bacteria and plants. This project is grant-aided by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing results for publications. You will also have the opportunity to present your research findings at international conferences.
