We are looking for a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our team and work in one of our partner schools. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced teaching staff and other professionals to provide support to children and young people with a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching staff in delivering lessons and providing additional support to children and young people
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Developing positive relationships with children and young people
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Compassion, understanding, and a caring manner
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
  • Passion and drive to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Understanding of the crucial importance of keeping children and young people safe
