Job Summary:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
  • Assist with classroom management and daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children who require additional support.
  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to learning and development.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of safeguarding practices (training can be provided if needed).
