Job Role
  • Teaching assistant
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work within our Key Stage 1 team, providing support to children who require additional assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the education and well-being of our pupils.

Requirements
  • A good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of the education system and how children learn
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, working closely with pupils who are finding learning difficult
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative
  • Awareness of confidentiality and child protection issues
  • Flexibility of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
