Role Overview

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Mansfield, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in their home and community.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations, and promoting independence and well-being.

You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care and support, using your skills and expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.

Responsibilities
