Job Title
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contract terms, and driving business growth through exceptional account management practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to expand the business and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs, negotiating contract amendments and developing KPIs for delivery excellence.
- Evaluate and escalate client concerns or problems, maintaining open communication channels and finding collaborative solutions.
- Attend regular client meetings and progression calls to discuss project progress, address any issues, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication.
