Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre and post-sales activity for medical equipment services within their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth and retention through effective account management and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning business and ensure seamless execution.
- Continuously develop sales, account management, and customer service skills to improve business performance.
- Formal sales and/or account management training.
- Knowledge of NHS networks and approaches to procurement.
- Proficient in complex data analysis.
- Hematology and Homeostasis experience or extensive knowledge.
- Full UK driving license.
- Previous experience in Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
- Experience in supporting or delivering managed service contracts within a healthcare sector.
- Negotiation and influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
