Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre and post-sales activity for medical equipment services within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth and retention through effective account management and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning business and ensure seamless execution.
  • Continuously develop sales, account management, and customer service skills to improve business performance.
Requirements:
  • Formal sales and/or account management training.
  • Knowledge of NHS networks and approaches to procurement.
  • Proficient in complex data analysis.
  • Hematology and Homeostasis experience or extensive knowledge.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
  • Experience in supporting or delivering managed service contracts within a healthcare sector.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
