The Role

As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide one-to-one support to young pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to young pupils with SEN and SEMH needs

• Work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans

• Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of each pupil

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff

• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and support provided
