Job Title: Psychology Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Psychology Support Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will work closely with young pupils who require support with SEN and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to young pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement support plans
  • Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils' needs
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and their families
  • Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with young pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
