Job Description

As a Business Support Coordinator at Insights, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to book and manage meeting rooms, catering, and other logistical arrangements for our global team.

You will work closely with our People Function to provide exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues. This will involve handling high volumes of emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and managing meeting rooms, catering, and other logistical arrangements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues
  • Handling high volumes of emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions
  • Working closely with our People Function to ensure seamless operations
  • Reconciling expenses and processing invoices for our travel and catering partners

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in dealing with the public and colleagues
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of people and teams
  • Ability to work under pressure with good time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with handling high volumes of emails and phone calls
