About the Position: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Director to join our team at The Berkeley. As a key member of our Front Office leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead the front office team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including family-friendly company policies, holiday allowance increase after 3 and 5 years of service, travel season ticket loans, pension scheme, health and wellbeing support, recognition and career development opportunities, and more.
